and believe me its truly nice
below are few things that i took from it (practically i can't remember all )
--Lead you first. You can't help others reach their highest potential until you're in the process of reaching for yours.

--Lift your teammates up than tearing them down.Anyone can be a critic.What takes guts to see teh best in people.(awesome one)
--The things that are scheduled are the things that gets done.
